latest company case about [#aname#]

The diverse models of CNC rotary tables lead many users to confuse their functions and applicable scenarios. According to axis configuration, driving mode, and structural design, mainstream CNC rotary tables on the market can be divided into four core types, with obvious differences in performance, functions and applicable processing scenarios. Choosing the right model directly determines machining efficiency and finished product quality.

1. 4-Axis CNC Rotary Table (Servo Indexing Type)

This is the most cost-effective and widely used mainstream model, matched with 3-axis machining centers to form 4-axis linkage equipment. Driven by a precision servo motor, it realizes fixed-angle indexing and continuous rotary processing, with standard positioning accuracy of ±30 arc seconds. It is mainly suitable for conventional multi-surface processing such as part side milling, hole drilling, and chamfering.

Functional advantages: stable operation, low failure rate, high cost performance, fast indexing speed (2-6 seconds for conventional models).
Applicable scenarios: batch processing of standard parts in general machinery, hardware, and small mold industries, focusing on multi-surface and multi-hole indexing processing without complex curved surfaces.
2. 5-Axis CNC Rotary Table (Tilting & Cradle Type)

The 5-axis rotary table adopts a rotary + tilting dual-axis structure, including cradle and tilting single-axis designs, which can realize all-angle spatial rotation and full-linkage machining. Different from 4-axis fixed-plane rotation, it supports arbitrary angle positioning and complex curved surface synchronous processing, which is the core equipment for high-end complex part manufacturing.

Functional advantages: omnidirectional angle adjustment, optimal cutting posture for tools, capable of processing complex cavities, special-shaped curved surfaces, and 3D contours.
Applicable scenarios: aerospace parts, precision molds, medical implants, and high-end customized parts with complex structures.
3. Hydraulic CNC Rotary Table

Driven by hydraulic pressure, this model features strong locking force and super stability. Its high-end precision models can achieve positioning accuracy up to 4 arc seconds, far higher than ordinary servo models. It has excellent anti-vibration performance during heavy cutting and can bear super large dynamic load.

Functional advantages: high rigidity, strong shock resistance, ultra-high positioning accuracy, stable locking.
Applicable scenarios: heavy-duty cutting, large workpiece processing, and high-precision parts with strict tolerance requirements, widely used in heavy machinery and aerospace industries.
4. DDR Direct-Drive Rotary Table

Canceling the traditional gear and reducer transmission structure, the DDR direct-drive rotary table is directly driven by a torque motor, realizing zero-transmission clearance operation. It has the characteristics of high speed, high precision, and high dynamic response, with extremely smooth rotary operation and no backlash error.

Functional advantages: zero clearance, ultra-high repeated positioning accuracy, fast response, low maintenance cost.
Applicable scenarios: high-speed precision finishing, ultra-precision mold processing, and 3C electronic precision parts mass production.

To sum up: conventional batch indexing processing chooses 4-axis servo models; complex curved surface full-angle processing chooses 5-axis models; heavy-duty high-precision processing chooses hydraulic models; and ultra-precision high-speed finishing chooses DDR direct-drive models.
